Dr. Ettiene Paul Hoffman is a Professor of Management for Bachelor/Master’s/Doctoral studies and has extensive experience as an Industry Corporate Executive (i.e., tactical, operational, and strategic). His portfolio includes developing high-performance work systems, is an Academic professional in Higher education, BTEC Pearson L7 UK, including OTHM L 4 to 8. Additionally, he is a certified online/distance learning/remote instructor, Business Management Coach, and thesis supervisor. He is a Scopus and book author publisher with a bachelor’s degree in business management, a master’s degree in leadership, innovation, and change (MALIC), and a Doctor of Management /Ph.D. in Management.

He promotes organizational behavior, organizational development, strategic management, and sustainable leadership signature practices that can enable productive, inspiring, ethical, and engaging workplace environments. His extensive industry managerial experience includes senior leadership roles leading multi-cultural teams across several countries and industries. Dr. Ettiene advocates responsive leadership methodologies in support of innovative workplace environments that can facilitate human capital development, workforce self-actualization, and organizational competitiveness. Additionally, he contributes a wealth of industry and managerial/leadership competencies to higher education (i.e., OTHM/Pearson), having held several senior international managerial positions. His recent research interests focus on exploring organizational behavior collaborations, digital interventions, the causes/outcomes of dysfunctional leadership in organizations, and productive coaching interventions, including “Think Big, Act Responsively, Fail Fast, Learn Swiftly.”
